My old high school basketball coach told me that as a coach, you have to be who you are. A soft spoken analytical guy trying to lead by intimidation and fear isn't going to come off or vice versa.
The question is are there common elements that all coaches share and I say there are some of those, but it wouldn't be those listed by Goff even though I think those are very helpful.
