No, I absolutely do not believe winning is a trait. If winning is a trait, then only one coach per year can have that trait, and that would be the coach that wins the Superbowl. Then the next year, when they don't win, I guess that trait just disappears and they become one of those second place losers consoling themselves? Nah, winning is the end result and not a trait. However, I do acknowledge that there are multiple ways and traits that lead to winning. But no, winning is not a trait. A mindset? Sure? Competitiveness is a trait, that may lead to winning, but I don't buy this idea that winning is a trait.
