Does listening, communicating, and connecting sound like the Bill Bellicheck we all know....and hate?
Goff's definitions of a great HC sound like that of the perennial loser who only wins "moral " victories. Or from a snowflake Millennial who finds collaboration more important than actually producing something of value. Don't like it and frankly I hope McVay can wring that silliness out of him. Goff has the physical ability and arm talent; but this makes me wonder if he has the courage, the cajones, and the single mindedness to be a true champion.
The best 3 characteristics of a HC are:
Winning big. Winning small. And winning championships.
All the rest is BS.
