I disagree on this....only rookies are really hurt. imo

The 2nd/3rd year players have experienced much by just being there in the practices/meetings/workouts/locker-room, etc..
the rookies are coming in completely blind to the experience of being an NFL pro. PS really helps the rooks the most. imo
