NFL Cap usually goes up each year......I know it's hard to keep "ALL" of your good players, but it's also essential that you try to work out a deal where both sides are happy and you keep those players on your roster.
Nobody knows what the future holds, but I'm sure JJ is a keeper in the minds of McVayand Snead. When Staley sees him in action, he'll want to keep JJ as well.
