non-story in my opinion...

Grasping at straws for content in early July... EVERY team goes young somewhere. The Rams are no different. But it's hardly as if they're going to trot out inexperienced rookies everywhere. Of the 6 players they specify- Weddle, Cooks, Gurley, Matthews, Fowler Jr. and Littleton- the Rams probably wish they still had one of them (Littleton).

Starting QB? Not inexperienced. WR and TE? Hardly. OL? If anything they are more experienced there that what they entered 2019 with. They're pretty inexperienced at RB but of all positions that's the one to typically want to go with lesser experience. Backup QB? Sure.. Kicker, yeah, have to sort that competition out (though 2 of the 3 have pro experience, just not in the NFL).

Defense? A few unproven guys here and there like at ILB.

Yeah, they'll play some rookies. Just like they did in 2019, 2018, 2017.....

I think young vs old is secondary to talent vs not so much.
