i have no reason to doubt what you said, and I dont. there is no way you can eliminate risk entirely. the only option is to minimize risk as best you can. in fact, we do this in our daily lives all the time. jumping in your car and going to the store for example has inherent risk. but its generally accepted that the benefit of cars and driving is greater then the risk of dying in an accident. So, to me, the bigger question is how much risk are you willing to accept to proceed with the benefit of football. the answer to that question is likely to vary among people as the costs and benefits vary by individual.
