It achieves the same effect and makes the horn look more like a horn. Should have been very thin and I also think there should be a couple of them.

But either way I love the helmets. I think that's what they did the best in this redesign. Not going to buy any of these jerseys but I did buy a helmet for my wall, as I think it's going to be an iconic look for the new era they just need to un-F the uniforms themselves a bit IMO.
