Browns, Bucs, Miami changed their numbers because they were so bad, Jaguars
went for Gimmicks
of the 6 teams that made Nike changes and are or were eligible to change after the
5=year rule--3 changed back to traditional uniforms. And Miami had to tweak
only Seattle and VIkings stayed with original Vikings design..
