....NRC is entering his eight year, took a pay cut from $4mm or so to $1mm when any team could have had him and CB needy PHI took him.

I am not stating he is done or this was not a good signing (in fact, I wish him the best), but what does that say about his market and ultimately how good he is perceived to be entering the 2020 season?
