It seems like to me he is going to get on average 16-17m per year. Athletic LBers that can run and cover are low in numbers and high in demand. Add in the fact that there are very few sideline to sideline ILBers in the draft (Simmons, Murray and Queen) and you get the feeling someone will be willing to pay him that number.
If I recall you like him for the Rams.
He does seem to fit the Fangio system as an ILB.
