Brady has historically been one of the least rewarded franchise QBs over his career. Smarter folks then me have speculated that it is due to his knowledge that without the Belicheat system he would be barely above average. So now that his run is about done, he wants a paycheck befitting a future HOFer & the Pats are ready to move on.
