I like where Matthews is at, he doesn't break the bank, and he can still rush the passer. You need some veteran leadership on this roster with all the youngsters you are about to see.

I have never been good figuring out what players get what in FA and I am usually shocked, so you are probably right about how much someone pays Beasley.

I think Ebukam is about to his peak. He flashes, but thats about it. TBH, I feel like he is already playing well above his weight class. Obo is either going to figure this thing out and quickly or he is going to wash out. This is his last shot IMO. I have no idea whats going on with him.

I agree with the 3 priorities being OL, DL and Edge and I would add ILB if they don't address it in the offseason. Either way, I am seriously concerned about getting all these holes plugged to the degree where this team can compete with 2 playoff teams. And I am really concerned with the ILBer spot. Kiser and Reeder are not the athletic and rangey ILBers that a Fangio defense typically prefers. Now. does that mean thats what Staley likes in his ILBers? maybe, maybe not. Littleton is gone, Young could be something but is a huge ? and couldn't crack the lineup in Baltimore. And Travin Howard is all of 5'-11" and 207 lbs. He will not hold up to the power run schemes Seattle and SF put out there at that weight.

I don't think Brown is the linchpin in the RB room. It all starts and ends with Gurley, and I have a feeling we are going to have a real good idea their plan at RB before the draft. If Gurley goes somehow, then I could see the Rams go get a top shelf back from the draft early. im talking Swift, Taylor or Dobbins. This team starts and ends with the run game. If his roll is going to be diminished even more, then I could see a mid to later round back like Perine. If Gurley is good to go, they will roll with what they have. Brown is a decent 3rd rb to have on a roster, but I wouldn't count on him for much.

I don't think you can go wrong with Anae, Baun, Greenard, Weaver or any of the remaining edge guys. As far as Ruiz, Cushenberry or Biadasz. Ruiz was the top rated pass blocking OC in college football this past season, Cushenberry is finally starting to put it all together and his arrow is pointing straight up. And Biadasz had hip surgery before the beginning of this past year and seemed to have taken a step back. All that said, any one would help this team going forward.

The reason I took Fotu was real simple. I am taking the biggest, toughest NT available to not only help take pressure off AD, but to combat the NFC West and specifically the 9ers and Seahawks run games. The west now goes thru them, like it or not. I personally am drafting to beef up my lines, to get tougher.

Alton Robinson is interesting, but I prefer my edge's to be a tad tougher. Or to be super athletic. He's not really either. But I like him if that makes sense.

I also agree the Rams might not go 2 OL in the draft, but I feel like they need to do something proactive on that line. I admit I have a huge mancrush on Bredeson and it only got worse seeing him hold his own against Alabama in their bowl game.

Perine is Gurley insurance and partially Henderson insurance, since he gave the Rams literally nothing last year. As far as McFarland, the Rams have a HR hitter, and I am not sure a 195 lb rb with a total of 139 carries is the kind of back I want to throw into the NFC West. Esp. if I am trying to win. I like him, not just with LA. Love Douverney, and Dye is a much better fit then Weaver at ILB, but I love Weaver's nose for the ball and instincts.

Yeah, I'm a self confessed Havs hater. Like you said, no one's perfect.

Glad you enjoyed it.
