I suspect they tag him and trade him for a 2nd + 4th or something.
Maybe even a low 1st for a team with multiple 1st rounders...like Miami. I think Miami has like 14 picks this draft!! And they can't have rookies everywhere...they'll need a few vets and maybe Fowler would be tempting for them.
