1. McVay. Yes, I said it. Most of our problems come back to his play calling. Quite simply he gets too cute. That second down call on our first series after the turnover...what was that? What was he doing at the end of the game? Throw it down the middle. Run up and spike the ball. Kick the short field goal. Long term, I'm a buyer with McVay. But this year he is taking his lumps as I believe a book is out on him.
2. Natson. Is it silly to list a punt returner as your second biggest concern? Did our kick returner cost us a playoff game two years ago?
3. Tackling. What happened? These last two games we're playing like a 4-11 team playing out the string sometimes.
Not concerned about Goff. Not concerned about Gurley. Not concerned about the O-line. It's the three things above.
