im not sold on NRC. Thought he was straight up bad in playoffs. You never know what to expect with Peters, but he was bad until the playoffs. Talib will eventually lose a step, could happen anytime. And the rest are just question marks at this point. I hope Long becomes a player. Im hopeful, but what can look as a solid stable of guys could quickly become a weakness. I think Rapp and Weddle will definitely help the secondary as a whole.

I question both of your assertions. I don't remember much of NRC in the playoffs but think I would recall if he was abnormally bad in the playoffs. Any particular game?
The D was strong overall in the playoffs and NRC was part of that IMO. By most measures, NRC is considered one of the best nickels in the game.
It's simply inaccurate to say that Peters was bad until the playoffs. He was bad for the 1st half of the season. The 2nd half, starting around when Talib came back, he was very strong.
