Comparing Benny’s worst 2 years to Tavon’s best two?
Plus, Benny was great in blitz pickup.
Then there’s the matter of the enormous difference in their salaries. Don’t you think that that’s relevant in determining overrated?
Lastly, who was raving about Benny as such a huge O weapon? Not me. He was a backup RB to give the starter an occasional breather plus injury insurance. Caught the occasional pass in that role.
Tavon? OMG! Was supposed to be the unstoppable O weapon. Mr 10 TD’s a season via run, pass, and returns. Worth the tradeup cost and the $44 million four year contract extension.
On my personal overrated index, these guys aren’t even on the same planet.
