here's my hope...

It appeared, as a fan, that the last 3-4 drafts were a little too heavily influenced by Jeff Fisher. Maybe Snead isn't really the problem. It'll be interesting to see his picks with no Fisher influence on the draft room. Let the personnel guy do his thing. I'd have to think that a true personnel guy with a team that has many needs wouldn't waste a 1st on a RB with a knee injury.
