I have no idea if that's true or not...right now it's he said vs he said. imo
If the players DID say that to him, I can understand why Fisher might say that to ED.
They gave him a luxury Box to soothe it over, but after all the bad that has been written bout Fisher...
I have not heard Fisher banning the press(Vinny, etc) or anyone else from the sidelines. Which makes me think ED was a bit more interactive or vocal on the sidelines that others who just watched the game. Fisher is just protecting his players, which makes sense.
And Fisher called him in person to say it to ED and offer the luxury Boxes instead. Seems reasonable exchange to me for the good of the team.
