Like it or not, like him or not, but I think most of us would agree with that.
We have multiple players such as Donald, Quinn, Tru, Hekker, Gurley, Britt, Brockers, Tree, Barron and maybe even Easley, Cunningham, maybe Austin, and others, especially in the secondary who could potentially shine, to think that a talented HC couldn't advance this team. Plus Marquez is a beat on ST.
Sadly not many offensive players on that list, and there lies the rub, but imho we are way better in talent than 4 years ago. Sadly we seem to be worse when it comes to coaching

It's the coaches. But the team has played with backup QB's for most of the last how many seasons?????
