Oh, I totally agree that they are stupid penalties, Dog. And I'm not excusing them.
But I think you will agree that football is among the most emotionally played games, especially in a close contest and at the highest level.
Don't know about you, but I've been guilty in the past of overreacting at times when the adrenaline was pumping and I was beyond frustrated.
I guess I'm projecting my personal experiences onto some of these clearly frustrated players.
I think that there is something not "right" about this O. And all 53 of the players know it perfectly well. They also know that it won't be corrected anytime soon. Thus the incredible frustration.
