Thinks knows it all.
Won't admit when his predictions were bad.
Examples:
Keenum would be more productive than Goff.
Thinks team has decades to develop players.
Terrible job of picking offensive coordinators.
Game time decisions like challenges are very bad.
Game clock management.
Calling timeouts early in quarter.
