Not sure why but it seems

whether they were in St. Louis or now here whenever the opposing team is in 4th down they almost always seem to make the first. And if its 3rd and really long-you guessed it-same story. Just seems its been that way for a long time regardless of the players and or the coaches or even the uniforms.
