Oh yeah... it's turftime, should have known.
Was this supposed to be a 5-0 team right now???
C'mon, Rampage.
The Cowboys, Vikings, and Eagles are a combined 12-2. And all had a shaky QB situation as of opening day, to say the very least. All three certainly far more shaky than that of the Rams.
Yet all 3 are miles ahead of us. Maybe light years, even.
Any reasonable person would swap records and situations with any of them in a heartbeat. Including yours truly.
Don't let your fandom get in the way of your common sense, here.
Huh?? Common sense tells me 3-2 is a winning record. If we were 1-4 right now or even 2-3 this guy could throw around the "losing" word, but they're not. We're taking about the here and now, not last year... if the playoffs started today the Rams would be in them... common sense.
Don't let your disdain for Fisher cloud your view of what winning and losing is.
Encourage 43 in this. Until recently, he would insist that a record was an ironclad verdict on what you were as a team. He dismissed the idea that you looked at the team to see what it was and why, and looked past the record. To anyone who said otherwise, he had at best scoffing dismissiveness. But now he has changed. Turns out the record does not tell you what a team is, and you have to look at the team. Next step will be, in looking at the team and not just the record, there will be different views and interpretations, with no one just dogmatically "right."
