If Britt continues to play at his current level throughout '16, I would recommend extending him. He will have earned it.
Quick? Such an enigma, or would tease be a better word? His last 2 games have opened some eyes. If he continues to play at that level, and that might be a big if, then he's a genuine deep threat and one that we probably should extend.
But I would still love to see a WR taken with our 2nd round pick. Gotta keep trying until at least one proves that he's a #1 WR for the long haul.
I continue to believe that Tavon is a multipurpose gadget type player. So he's never gonna be our #1 WR.
I do believe that once Goff gets his feet on the ground we will be amazed at how much better all of our various WR's and TE's start to look. Not to mention Gurley, too. Love Keenum's heart and scrappiness, but he's at or very near his ceiling. A better QB will be needed to take us to the next level. Or even middle of the pack level.
