I think this is right (w/exaggeration for effect).
I think he's an above average player who can absolutely dominate when he's jacked up to do so. He certainly hasn't reached his ceiling.
Course, that's all a bit of an inditement, since I suspect the shortfall is due to effort. And if a DT can't be inspired to do his best constantly playing next to AD....
