And it is not so much a bad thing, but I am seeing a point that leaves out those who don't live in that area....I have not lived in an area where I could say I live here so this is my team. I have not lived in an area where I say my team was taken away from me.. I have lived in an area where the team was never around me...but I loved this team no matter where they ended up.
I have heard people say that they wished they would lose to come back to LA......I have heard people say that if they left STL they would not watch them again. I have heard people going all across the board about their wishes.......So be it, but it seems to me that it is about your city rather than the team.....
I have never lived where this team played, and I have loved them. I am about this team, I am about the HORNS...I am about the history....(I love the history of this team..It is so interesting)...It's not about the # of championships....It's about the 1st's this team did....and that has nothing to do with what city they did it in.....
I am glad they are back to the place they where really doing things.....but IMO the RAMS could play anywhere and be a factor in my world......I just see so much of this or that about the team.....You are mad if they left LA....you feel left out if they left STL..
There are a lot of fans who never lived in either place.....The funny thing is we are the fans who seem to be left out....and we are the fans who really watch the team for the love of the team....not the city they play in.........
I am glad for you guys in the LA area.....I never went to a game in the Coliseum.....I will go there...But just remember that you guys , just like the STL guys are not the end all of the team.
There are many of us who live outside your area who are fans....The team belongs to the world of those who love the team....It is not a city/area thing........I love the reports by those who go to the camp....no more then I loved those who did the same in STL.....or when I went to camp in 2003...
This team is not about LA...This team is not about those losing the team in STL.....This team is about fans in all areas of the country who have followed this team for what ever reason....Those who live outside of the area they play are just as much involved with the team....
The difference is you guys have the chance to be there week to week to see the games in person......I have been a fan since 1968....but I never saw a game in LA....been all over the country seeing them....
This team belongs to all RAM fans..not just those who live in the vicinity of the team....I am just saying this because there are much more fans who live outside of your area (s)...
What I find so diverse is the point that those who live in the STL area say they are hurt by them moving...those in the SoCal area say they are so happy....but there are a bunch of us who just love the Horns no matter where they are.....I am in that faction....
Is this team about where they play or do you just follow them no matter where they play......I am a RAM fan....I am not a city fan.....
Those who are city fans fine......but IMO that is not a team fan....It's hard to describe when you live outside an area of where a team plays....but it is so much more about the team and not about the city you live in when following a team if your love is about the team.
I just want this team to win.....where ever it happens...I can be 3000 miles away and be a fan....I have no other option..... I will be a fan no matter where they play...I will not wish them to lose to get a high pick in the draft....I will not wish anything against this team ever....they need to become a force.....
Let's start with the cowgirls and just RAMPAGE through the league...let them make up rules as we go......kick A$$ from pre season through the regular season...and get to what we deserve the team and us...the fans across the country......
