I really like how the Rams churn the lower 1/3 or 1/4 of the roster to find these guys!
We've really gotten some fine/solid depth from UDFAs since Fisher came.....it seems a little more than the normal amount.
F&S have done very well scouting and drafting. The schemes are in place and I think THAT helps the scouts know what a "Ram" player fit looks like now....that's why I like stability unless the HC has lost the team...then, he must go!
