so he can really dig down deep and excel at the nuances of it....instead of learning a new offense every year or two.
I think THAT hurts QB development
more than anything...
more than even surrounding talent sometimes! imo
Continuity allows for true understanding for the QB and allows them to process faster
(sans a few times 1st year OCs get a happy combo and it takes off immediately and the QB plays at a high level off the bat.)
