The thing with PFF is I think they do a good job in season of grading week to week. But they don't project based on anything else. I think the Rams' OL, for example, has definite promise based on what the rookies should last year and considering the offseason work Robinson did. A top 10 unit? No. But that low? I don't agree.
And any team starting a rookie at a position is going to get dinged by them.
Aren't they arriving at their conclusions based on their in year grades?
That's how I grade from year to year, its based on previous play x the type of ceiling I feel the player/unit has.
I agree with their o-line rankings. Robinson, Brown and Saffold are still big questions for me for various reasons.
Plus there is absolutely no depth there at all.
Based on history, they will need it.
