first, great job as usual my brotha! 
the first year was a major rebuild as we all new the roster was garbage. That said, that kind of overhaul has been done recently
with other teams including the Colts, Seahawks and Chargers. I have posted this multiple times.
Also, it looks like about a third of the roster turns over every year. Seems appropriate for a 6-10 to 7-9 team paired with free agent losses.
