The Rams couldn’t ask for a much better opportunity to bounce back from their Week 1 loss. They get to host the Falcons on Sunday afternoon, a team that blew a 16-point fourth-quarter lead against the Saints.

As expected, the Rams are heavily favored in this one, both by the sportsbooks and experts. As of Friday morning, 96% of experts picked the Rams to beat the Falcons straight-up without the spread, according to NFL Pick Watch. That’s tied for the third-highest selection rate this week, behind only the Packers (vs. Chicago) and Bills (vs. Tennessee). The Packers are also being picked at a 96% rate against the Bears.



When accounting for the spread, experts aren’t as confident the Rams will win by more than 10 points. Only 49% are picking the Rams to cover the 10-point spread against Atlanta. It’s a lot of points to give up, especially for a team that looked as bad as the Rams did in Week 1.
