Who are top NFL active coaches

Here are mine: These are the 6 that stand out.

1) Belichick (what he is doing this year is simply amazing. That team should be a top 5 in draft team instead of competing for a #1 seeding.)
2) Arians (Imagine that Brady has never played for a coach that isn't top 2 in the league) Great philosophies on attacking.
3) Reid (probably the most underrated coach in NFL history. Just a constant winning culture.)
4) McVay (he took a team that has never won in 3 decades other than when Martz ran the offense to winning every season. His emphasis on getting multiple receiving weapons has been a big reason on the turnaround.)
5) Payton (He gets it. Similar to Tomlin where he can adjust and tweak his style year over year based on roster.)
6) Tomlin (very underrated and under the radar but his teams always plays with fire and he adjusts his teams to the talent so well. His styles are tweaked each year.)

Coaches that are overrated and have a big flaw:

1) Zimmer (doesn't get what wins in the NFL)
2) McCarthy (how he blew so many opportunities over the years and his big meltdown against the Seahawks in the playoffs that one season. He seems to tighten up and play not to lose versus playing to win in crunch time.)
3) Matt LaFleur (his unwillingness to get more weapons to go with Adams is a head scratcher.)
4) Culley (Too much focus on running the ball when he has plenty of fire power)

Coaches that are most underrated:

1) Reid
2) Tomlin

These 2 win and win and win season after season under a variety of circumstances that is very difficult to do in the league that is hard to maintain excellence because of constant roster churn because of age, injury, and salary cap.
