You have to get there one day early because what if your flight is delayed...

This should be fine.
Yeah I don't know why the niners are getting there a week early that seems ridiculous. And then yeah you're now adjusted to that time and have to adjust back.
I like the pop-in and pop-out strategy, but get there the day before to be safe.
