When I flew to Tahiti..

Which isn't too far from Australia, I was jet lagged for over a month.. both times.. I popped sleeping pills as soon as I got in my seat, woke up in time to land and was still lagged so bad I could barely function.. Coming back to the US was WAY worse.. Totally ragged out.. I didn't think I'd ever snap out of it.. That was in 2006 and 2016.. I'm not even sure I'm ok now...
