Is it possible that last season the Rams liked Quessenberry, but liked D.J. Humphries more because he played LT more often? Right now, it appears the like Quessenberry as the backup and might have felt that way last season, but second guessed themselves and added Humphries. Now IMO, it appears that Quessenberry will get the call if Jackson is not playing.
In McVay I trust.
This could go well, and then this could go badly. Out of the preferred scenarios this didn't get discussed much because we all thought the FO would make a move at this point. Like QB 2, the Rams don't seem as concerned as some and appear to be willing to swing with what they have. I didn't have a lot of expectations of Quessenberry when we signed him, but here we are and he's the starter for the Super Bowl season. And someone that is going to be schemed against like crazy.
But again, in McVay I trust.
We've built up lesser "talent" to quality starting Olinemen, and there's no reason Quessenberry can't be another win.
Gonna have to wait till the season to answer that question.
