Cool info BR. I don't remember hearing that before. Thanks for sharing it. Sometimes players know more about talent than a coach does. Even if the coach is a very good one.

Kinda like McVay is considered a great coach but he seems to lack something when judging backup QB's. It still boggles my mind why McVay kept The Wolf around so long and it's happening again with Bennett.

Having said that, Prothro was no McVay. lol I am glad Jack listened to his team mates. It worked out pretty well for him, didn't it. I wonder if Prothro regretted saying that?
