You know, I hope those of you who declared AJ guilty and a monster "who puts his hands on women" have second thoughts about reacting to media stories and one-sided accusations. This is yet another rather typical he said-she said, zero witnesses, domestic dispute, and a California is a state that nearly automatically believes the woman. The police literally have no choice in most cases but to accept the woman's version and make an arrest, and then let the justice system play out.
We can also figure that ,rather quietly as usual, the Rams have talked with AJ, done their own internal investigation, and have made some determinations according to their findings.
And, here we go again with an accuser backing down on their claims, even lifting a restraining order (so where's the supposed fear and terror?).
I'm not saying I know anything special. Some type of argument happened. But did he actually harm her in any way? Assault here in any way? Did he really say what she claims?
Perhaps this answers why the Rams don't seem to have pursued another LT. Doesn't mean the super PC NFL won't do something, but whatever it is I expect the Rams think it will be minor enough to weather it rather than having to spend big bucks to a acquire a really good LT.
