I thought that I had misheard. Rewound the video and yep, that's what he said.
As others said, the taking of QB now gave the club some width on how the next couple of seasons play out.
Matt might just play more than the 2 seasons he's inked for. But the club is not on the hook to find arm talent at least going forward.
Some of the remarks I've seen just make me grin
49er fans, and Seattle fans were unhappy with this, and yet, they gave a nod to the Rams. They had the cajones to play the all in poker game.
