Not one of these UDFAs has a realistic opportunity to do much at all in the upcoming season. As for this TE, the Rams were already 5 deep at TE. All of them drafted or acquired via FA.
Something like the odds of hitting the bullseye of a dart board while blindfolded would have to take place for any of our UDFAs to rise up and play any meanginful role this year. Meaning it is 99% unpredictable.
Future years? Who knows.
I wish them all the best, and the Rams have done pretty well with UDFA's, so here is hoping they do find a couple of gems.
Our currently rostered guys from last season are going to make this a Superbowl team or not.
