No one eve comes out and says: Due to his short legs, he has above average contact balance or because his legs are short, he can't outjump DBs for contested catches.
here are some examples of me referencing shorter legs in my draft stuff:
Dontay Corleone – DL – Cincinnati – 6’-0” 340 lbs. – Compact run stuffer
with built in leverage, plenty of power. Not a smooth mover.
Shorter framed, shorter legged.
Example of when you have too long of legs:
Diego Pounds – OT – Ole Miss – 6’-6” 325 lbs. – Big and strong with some serious punch power. Not a nimble athlete and
high waisted. How do you get high waisted (not highly wasted SST lol) Have long legs.
So yeah, its out there, just not in black and white. Another one to watch for: a WR that is a long strider. Which usually is followed by the term: build up speed. Classic wording for a 6'-4" WR like say Malachi Fields. Long strides don't happen without long legs.
Love the question though.
