Rams were the #1 offense in several categories last year. There's not much to improve on there. However the biggest defensive weakness at CB should be much improved this year and the team at least appears to be trying to make special teams a better unit.
The Rams have recently gone and gotten Robert Woods , OBJ and Adamswhen they have felt the need to add to the revived room. They'll do it again if they think they need to.
As for LB... I dunno, maybe Zolack will take on a bigger role or maybe they are happy with what they did last year. History says they won't put a big investment into that position. Tough to have all-pros 2-3 deep at every position.

With last year's draft a close 2nd. For 2 years now they have needed a #3 WR and ILB2. The offense didn't improve one bit. I'm worried that they think they are good enough when they're not. Just my opinion.
