Rams_43
And I would like to remind you that Rams are moving away from 11 personnel and toward 13 personnel. This has to further reduce the importance of WR3 in their scheming.
Some have said that Rams already had finest TE room in the league and that was before drafting Klare.
The handwriting is on the wall for those willing to just see it.
I am aware of the move to 13. We all are. We all seen it happening as the season went on but that doesn't change my mind about the importance of WR3 with all the issues from Puka and an older Adams.
As for Klare, we have no idea how he will do. Odds are most likely he doesn't see very much playing time at all due to that "finest TE room in the league" that you mention. At this stage of his NFL career, he's just another "hyped up" rookie that some will call a future starter without even seeing him play an NFL down. Just like some did with Mumps last year. lol
There's a reason they drafted Daniels later on in the draft. It's because they know the value as well of a WR3 and also seen the results of Mumps, Whit and Smith had last year.
So, again, for me the value of a WR3 this year isn't how many snaps he gets at WR3...it's how many snaps will be needed by the WR3 if WR1 or WR2 go down for a period and I think that was the point that was being made.
#HelmetHornsMatter
“Well, the color is good, I like the metallic blue,” Youngblood recently said while laughing, via NFL Journal. “The horn is terrible. It looks like a ‘C.’ When I first saw it on the logo I honestly thought it was a Charger logo.
“Now when I see it on the helmet, it just isn’t a ram horn. There is no distinct curl like a mature ram horn. I don’t know how the Rams could get that wrong. That is your symbol and it has been for what? Seventy years or more? Longer than I have been alive? It’s just not us, it’s not the Rams.”---Mr. Ram Jack Youngblood
