Take this as just my observation and not coming from a guy with any college player knowledge, except what I learned from the draftniks here. Also I understand how Deadpool developed these. As he said, he projected what round a given player would go in and then he slotted players per round according to his personal preference. I am totally cool with his methodology. In no way am I being critical of Deadpool's hard work. These are purely to initiate discussions.
As you know, The Beast was published today (and still available from me) and I have compared Deadpool's top 25 rankings with Dane Brugler's. from the Beast's Top 100 list. Most were in total agreement (within a few spots). I'm commenting on the 3 prospects that varied by 10 slots or more within Deadpool's top 25.
Jordyn Tyson, WR: Deadpool 9 vs. Brugler 20. The Beast comments: An elit ball-catcher who evokes Stefon Diggs, and a likely NFL starter.
CJ Allen, LB: Deadpool 18 vs, Brugler 46. The Beast comments: Coachable, high-IQ defender who's often a step ahead of his teammates; a likely starter.
Keldric Faulk, EDGE: Deadpool 25 vs. Brugler 15. The Beast comments: Has more "almost" plays than impact plays on tape, but a player worth betting on.
