Stowers is the fit of the early TE options

Do you guys think McVay will move Sadiq around the offense, consider this scenario.

Put him at RB or FB on short yardage or goal line situations.
Put him in slot and run jet sweeps with him.
Of course, bunch sets in 13 personnel.
Spread him out wide on a little CB and play bully ball with this mismatch.

If the answer is YES, then I can see him being picked at #13.....If the answer is no, then it's WR's Lemon or Tyson.

The more I watch AZ WR Jordyn Tyson the more I LOVE HIM! Fellas, he's only going to get better in the NFL. He's a tall mismatch and he's got an aggressive attitude that I like!

So, Sadiq or Tyson? You make the call.

He was moved all over the formation in college. He is smooth and fluid in the pattern in the way all McVay's best slot weapons have been. And he has more athleticism than any slot McVay has ever had.

Plus the media is sleeping hard on Stowers generally speaking. He's a legit weapon that teams undoubtedly have high on their boards. Plug him in an offense with a real QB like Stafford and I think he'll be a revelation. As opposed to Sadiq who I think (like Fergy) has a lot of dev ahead before whoever drafts him feels him on gameday. Unless they feed him screens and wheels.

But the way this works is in the early going the team identifies the player who fits their pieces and system. They don't identify a player they need to adjust to or work to develop. You want a weapon you can count on in that upper half of round 1. Stowers has a much higher chance of early impact in an offense than Sadiq.

And lastly the only reason the Rams would be looking at either TE over a guy like Boston (who plugs in day one at X, which is a role they have not been able to find during the entirety of McVay's tenure in LA) is if they are way more worried about Puka's behavior than they are letting on. Stowers could replace him much earlier than Sadiq and instantly fits this offense in the role.

Pick #13.....My guy is TE Sadiq only if McVay has a PLAN for him in the offense.
