My beef is a reflection of DP's op-ed
You can't coach them, and you can't develop them if skip faster than fly. There's a lack of team build, so we're living off tape that probably doesn't give a complete profile.
And the actual entertainment value is diminished.
Still, some teams thrive.
Indiana has shown me that they can really coach. And I feel comfortable selecting kids that play there because of that discipline.

Utah, ND, Kansas, Iowa.....clubs that have culture....
Some of the "Big Boys" that 21 Dog hints at irk me. College footballs "name" teams? They get immensely talented kids and struggle to find a balance in how they play them, and how they treat them for fear they'll jump ship at the slightest provocation.
