They have a big hole between rounds 3 and 6. There's no way Les is going to give up even more draft capital for a single player by moving up.
I think if I was to handicap it I'd give it 10% move up, 60% move down, 30% stand pat at 13.
Of course many of us are hoping for the trade down from #13, but I totally wouldn`t rule out a small trade up if they really love the player. It just comes down to how much they like him.
