I get nervous with size outliers

It seems that you better have a plan for them and stick to it.

That said, Ponds is the only CB tis year to kinda keep Jeremiah Smith in check. He is a dawg. I think as a nickel or dime CB, he would do just fine. Even a CB2 if there is an injury. He fast, tough and has great instincts. He is just going to get boxed out on jump balls. I have him 45th on my board, so I really like him. Best case is Antoine Winfield Sr., both 5'-9" 180 lbs. Both serious dawgs. Worst case is becomes a very good nickel CB.

Lewis is a STAR backer, basically what Lake is. Other names for the position is Buck, Money backer...the list goes on. He can cover a ton of ground, can run with TEs and RBs, he does a nice job of dropping into his spot in zone. And he does a nice job of blitzing. He is not a stack and shed and can get engulfed by blockers. If you have a plan for him as a full time Star or Buck or a 43 WILL, great, otherwise he needs sub-packages for him.

Undersized and Unconventional... but am I sleeping on D'Angelo Ponds and Kyle Louis?

Doesn't it seem to you that McVay is going bigger, more physical in his roster?
