Deadline is this afternoon (4pm) for teams to apply tags.

Legal Tampering period begins early this upcoming Monday at midnight.

Goals as I see them for this period:

CB1 is a massive need so I'm hoping to hear Les is delivering a late night singing telegram to Dean. Sell it Les.

Linderbaum is not likely but I think his age at 25 plus getting a pivot in place who can support a young QB is worth exploring. Make the phone call.

Watson is a nice fallback option if Dean's got someone else on his mind, but I expect both him and Dean will be snapped up very fast.

Flott is underrated, and would fit as a secondary signing to help ensure there's enough talent in that defensive backfield at corner.

Newsome is another corner who brings some depth and flexibility as a secondary signing.

I don't think they are certain to chase two corners, but this is what I would prefer. We need quality additions this year to fill key roles. Linderbaum's on my list because he's a center, it's been a problem for us, and he's young and very good. Almost threw Lloyd up there, but I don't see us signing ILB after they fell all over themselves to get Landman locked up.
