Out of those 3, I am guessing its Concepcion that`s the only one left at #29. Before the combine I would have said Cooper, but I think he got a little boost, and with Buffalo at #26 and San Francisco at #27, I don`t think he gets past them.
I was recently saying the very same thing about if the Rams want to wait until #29 to take a CB. There is likely to be at least one very good option there. Its going to all come down to what they do at #13. I think they are more likely to go offensive weapon at #13.
